Betrothal Told
In a double ring ceremony at
the Wardell Sheraton Hotel, Es-
ther Ruth Roth, daughter of Mrs.
Ida D. Roth of Pittsburgh and
the late Hyman Roth, became the
bride of Merle D. Polen, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Ben Polen of Edi-
son avenue.
Matron of honor was Mrs. A.
Eisner of Philadelphia, sister of
the bride. Dr. Albert Iancu of
Pittsburgh, cousin of the groom,
was best man.
After a dinner and reception
the couple left on a motor trip
through the South. On their re-
turn they will make their home
in Detroit.

riage to Lawrence D. Rudin, son
