TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Fifteen thousand dollars has already been spent to make
Beth Olam Cemetery (Smith Street) a place where the rela-
tives of deceased can now pay their respects to those who
have been laid to rest therein. It is no longer an eyesore
to the. Jewish community of Detroit.
In line with the above, we are now offering to plant
flowers on the graves, water and care for them for the
season of 1947 at a nominal cost of $5.00 for each grave.
If interested, please mail your check payable to Beth Olam
Cemetery Association at 301 Transportation Building,
Detroit 26, c/o Robert Loewenberg, Superintendent, and
your request will be taken care of.
If you know of any relative or friend who might be
interested, won't you please have them communicate with
Mr. Loewenberg, at 2750 Sturtevant, phone TO. 8.4283,
or the office, CH. 0856. It would be greatly appreciated
by us and those concerned.
