Students to Present
Play on Passover

Over 250 students of the Bnai
Moshe Sunday School will parti-
cipate in miniature Sedorim at
10:30 a. m. Sunday in the banquet
hall of the Synagogue.
A Passover skit, "The Land of
the Free," will be presented by
the following students: Marvin
Reinstein, George Engel, Beverly
Fisher, Clara Fisch, Marilyn Beg-
man and Lois Faren.
Parents of the students will at-
tend a pre-Passover institute from
10:30 a. m. to 12:30 p. m.
Rabbi Eliezer Levi will discuss
The Significance of Passover
Symbols" and Walter Farber, di-
rector of the school, will speak
on "How to Make Passover Mean-
ingful to Our Children."

Yeshivah Charts
Beginners' Class

Yeshivath Beth Yehudah will
open a beginners' class immedi-
ately after Pesach for children
from 6 to 8'', years old only.
The curriculum will include
Hebrew reading, writing and his-
tory. The children will be taught
the laws and customs of Jewish
tradition and trained to practice
them.
Children of other ages will be
accepted in advanced classes of
the Yeshivah.
The office is open week days
from 9 a. m. to 8 p. m. and Sun-
days, 9 a. m. to 1 p. m. The school
is located at Dexter and Cortland

Model Seder, Plays

DAVID A. GUT3IAN, lyric bar-
itone, will be guest artist of the
Reviler Society Sunday, March
30, in Bnai Moshe. Ile will also
appear at the Dearborn Vet-
erans' Hospital Monday and in
two concerts in Windsor dur-
ing April. A veteran, Gutman is
being tutored by Max Levy. lie
sang with the Civic Light Op-
era last month.

Pre-Pissover Sermon

Rabbi Max J. Wohlgelernter of
Congregation Beth Tefilo Emanuel
will deliver the traditional Shah-
bos Hagodal sermon including a
Talmudical discourse and instruc-
tion for the preparation of Pas-
sover, Saturday March 29, at the
synagogue.

Passover programs will be
held in all branches of the United
Hebrew Schools. They will
generally feature a model Seder,
Passover playlets, brief talks on
the history and significance of
the holiday, readings with inter.
pretatlons from the Hagadah and
community singing.

High branch will be given in the
auditorium of the Rose Sittig Co-
