Definitely no! I do not think
that two wrongs will make a right.
Just because the British resort to
the lowest and vilest actions is
no reason why the Jews should
do the same.
The extremists are doing no
good in Palestine. On the con-
trary, I think-
they are just
creating ill-feel-
ing throughout
the world. The

:hrough over-

plenty of Influential Jews in this
country to put pressure on our
government.

Over 350 Polish Jewish war orphans—the first of a group of 2,000
youngsters between the ages of six and 17 granted visas by the
French government, were brought out of Poland recently by the
Joint Distribution Committee, major American agency aiding Jewish
survivors overseas. Today they are in France, being cared for by
10 JDC -supported agencies. When arrangements are completed,
JDC will send them on to new lands, including Palestine, to settle
permanently. Above, young refugees ready for calisthenics on the
spacious grounds of the reception center in Paris. JDC funds are
provided by contributions in the U. S. to the United Jewish Appeal.

I do not think that Jewish ex-
tremists are accomplishing any-
thing through their use of force
in Palestine. In fact, I bekeve they
are only undoing what progress
may have been made toward get-
ting a Homeland.
The odds these "terrorists" face
against the Bri-
tish are much
too great to
even hope for
striking results.
If the English
get really irri-
tated at these
extremists, then
all of Palestine
will suffer.
The actions of
Jewish "terror-
ists' in valestine are affecting
Jews throughout the world, whose
positions are made worse by a
couple of small extremist bands.
