Sunday in the synagogue. Commander David Kay will make the presentation, assisted by Arthur Lang, chairman of the flag presentation committee of the post. The flag will be accepted on be- half of the synagogue by its presi- dent, Ira G. Kaufman, and will be dedicated to its service by Rabbi Jacob E. Segal.
