clothing business with Simon Fenner of New York. His wife was
active in the Ladles' Society for the support of Hebrew Widows and
Orphans in the State of Michigan which was organized in 1863.
Isaac Wertheimer is the grandfather of Mrs. Herbert D. Robin-
son and the great grandfather of Herman Lewis, Jr. and Mrs. Donald
Lane.
Isaac Warshauer is the grandfather of Maurice Warshauer. George
Morris is the grandfather of Frederick L. Morris, Sidney Morris,
Martin Spater and Mrs. William H. Fixel.
We have been unable to trace the Detroit descendants of the
other charter members and will appreciate any information from
readers of the Chronicle.
