Shirley Cohen Wed
to Irving Keller
Shirley Cohen, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. David Cohen of Tuxedo
avenue, was married Sunday, Sept.
15, to Irving Keller, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Louis Keller of Richton
avenue. The wedding was herd at
the Ft. Wayne Hotel.
The bride wore a gown of white
satin with a sweetheart neckline
and hoop skirt. Her veil was of
terriara satin with sequins.
Mrs. Herbert Carson was ma-
tron of honor and Carol and Do-
rothy Keller, sisters of the groom,
Dorothy Bello, cousin of the
groom, and Harriet Levine were
bridesmaids. Ushers were Sol Co-
hen and Herbert Carson, brothers
of the bride, Julius Katz and Mar-
vin Schlossberg.

MRS. RAMON GERSON
The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City was the setting
Sept. 15 for the marriage of Jeanne King, daughter of Mrs. Herbert
Lindenbaum of New York City and Newton King of Boston, to Ra-
mon Gerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Myer Gerson of Detroit. The ce-
remony was performed by Rabbi Louis Newman.
The bride wore a bouffant styled gown of imported metallic lace
and net. The fingertip veil was attached to a coronet of stephanatis.
These flowers were reintroduced In the streamers falling from the
Bible which she carried.
The bride's college room-mate, Gene Aronson of Chicago, was
maid of honor and Bunny Nussenfeld of Bridgeport, Conn., and Joan
Daniels of New York City were bridesmaids.
Byron Gerson served as best man for his brother and the attend-
ing ushers were Stan Clamage and Fred Ginsberg, both of Detroit.
The bride attended the University of Wisconsin and the groom, an
alumnus of the University of Michigan, served with the Navy in the
Pacific.
After a motor trip to the west coast the couple will be at home
in Detroit.
