SAN FRANCISCO, (JTA)—The
British Government is determined
to eliminate the Jewish Agency,
destroy the Haganah and establish
in Palestine "a so-called demo-
cratic commonwealth, which in
reality will be an Arab state, the
head of which will be the notori-
ous Grand Mufti," it was charged
here by Bartley Crum, a member
of the Anglo-American Commit.

of 33 rabbis and rabbin,ical stu-
dents arrived in New York last
week from San Francisco, where
they had landed after a voyage
from Shanghai. Some of them are
proceeding to Canada, while oth-
ers will remain at the Lubavitch-
