The newly-organized Zieve Fa-
mily Club met June 9 at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Zieve
and elected the following officers:

and Mrs. Jennie Soloman, vice-

The next meeting will be held
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ben

will depart shortly for Europe as
a special emissary of the Vaad
Hatzalah and UNRRA will be
honored by leaders of the Detroit
Jewish Community Saturday eve-
ning June 22.
Rabbi Wasserman's mission will
have as its purpose direct on-the-
spot relief to Jews in areas of
great concentration of refugees
where the need for such relief is
acute.

series of Sponsor Breakfasts
which will be held in the Yeshi-
vah building this Sunday, June 23.
As an innovation, there will he a
special Sponsors Minyon, and the
group will don "Talis and Tefi-
lini" to take part in the Shachris
service, which will commence
promptly at 8:45. The breakfast
will be served to the Sponsors at
9:30 and will be followed by a
short report meeting.

Detroit Senior Hadassah will
have a large representation at the
forthcoming sectional meeting of
Central States Region of Hadas-
sah, to be held in Flint on. Thurs-
day, June 27. All chapters within
this district will participate, ac-
cording to Mrs. Carl S. Schiller,
