the Jewish Children's Horne be-
cause of the accumulation of ad-
missions which overtaxed the ca-
pacity of the main building.
The Jewish Children's Home
was opened for occupancy under
the mune of "Annex", Jan. 1,
1946. At present, 25 residents are
living in the Annex, and there is
room for 25 more.
The reason for such a small
occupancy is that the bulk of ap-
plicants are in such physical con-
dition that they are in need of is
medical nursing and intensive su-
pervisory care and must be placed
in the main building.
In the Annex there are provi-
sions made for comfortable sleep-
ing quarters, sitting rooms, and°
all other facilities for leisure time
occupation..
Open house will be Wil l June
2. All citizens of the Jewr-ii Com-
munity are invited.
The ladies of the Women's
Auxiliary of the Home will serve
refreshments.
