Mr. and Mrs. Ben Schatzman, former residents of Detroit and
now residing in Los Angeles, announce the engagement of their daugh-
ter, Shirley, to Norman Glazer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred F. Glazer,

Miss Schatzman is a graduate of Hollywood High School and at-
tended Durfee Intermediate School in Detroit. For the past two years,
she has been on the staff of the Columbia Broadcasting System, in
Hollywood.
Mr. Glazer attended the University of Southern California and
recently returned from 20 months with the army in the ETO. The
wedding will be announced at a later date.
