Present Noted Author
At Annual Donor

The Senior Mizrachi Women of
Detroit will present Dr. Trude
Weiss Rosmarin, of New York
City, as their guest speaker at
the annual donor luncheon, Nov.
6, at 12:30 at the Congregation
Shaarey Zedek.
Dr. Rosmarin is the editor of
the "Jewish Spectator." She is
the author of "Religion of Rea-
son, "Highlights • of Jewish His-
tory," the "Hebrew Moses," and
"Judaism and Christianity, which
has been hailed by reviewers as
the best exposition thus far of
the differences between the two
religions.

will go to the Mizrachi Women's
Organization Institutions in Pal-
estine which include Girls Voca-
tional Training Schools, Nurser-

Predicts Holland
Will Have No Jews

AMSTERDAM (JTA)—Within
fifty years there will not be a
single Jew in Holland, the Hil-
versum radio said, basing its pre-
diction on the fact that of the
approximately 25,000 Jewish sur-
vivors, most are old or children
of mixed marriages who cannot
be considered Jews.
Religious leaders announced
this week a plan for the estab-
lishment in Amsterdam of a West
European Rabbinical Seminary.
They also hope to open a yeshiva

Palestine Series

"What Palestine Means to
America" will be the subject of
the third lecture in the series
which Rabbi Leon Fram is de-
livering on the current Palestine
crisis. The lecture will be given
at the Sabbath Eve Services of
Temple Israel in the Lecture
Hall of the Detroit Institute of
Arts, Friday night, Oct. 26, at
8:30 o'clock.
Rabbi Fram will review the
history of treaty relationships be-
tween the United States govern-
ment and the government of Pal-
estine, as well as American econ-
omic, sentimental and humani-
tarian interests in the homeland.
The lecture will be followed by
a symposium, when members of
the audience will be given the
opportunity to ask questions.

Hebrew Schools
Publish Bulletin

The radio program of the
Nineteenth Annual Education
Month of the United Hebrew
Schools was terminated alst Sun-
day morning with an address by
Charles Rubiner, radio program
chairman, Saturday evening, Mi-
chael Michlin and Norman Rut-
tenberg presented a skit.
The teachers' organization of
the United Hebrew Schools have
completed plans for the publica-
tion of a bulletin in Yiddish and
English, dedicated to the Educa-
tion Month observance. The edi-
tor of the bulletin is Joseph Hag
gai.

Bnai David Sisterhood will hold
