100,000 Jews
Killed in Holland

HAGUE (WNS). -Of the 125
Jews who lived in Holland prior
to the war, only about 25,000
including 9,000 who were mar-
ried to non-Jews, have survived
the Nazi occupation, according
to reliable sources.
The Germans in that country
lured tens of thousands of Jews
to d.ath by the creation of a
"Jewish Council" whose members
were told they would not be de-
ported.

HAVE ETHICS, TOO

• A physician is a busy man.
Day and night he is ready to give
succor to those in need of his care.
Let us be fair. Do not telephone
him at mealtimes just because you
know he can he reached. And do
not call him at night, unless abso-
lutely necessary. Confine your
calls to his office hours as much
as you can. That is what office
hours are for.

Keep your appointments promptly, or notify him
in advance that it is impossible for you to do so. In
short, treat him as you would wish to be treated were
you the physician. A sympathetic appreciation of
his problems greatly enhances the help he can give.
