CONFERENCE

Monday morning, April 16, will
be marked by Round Table work-
shop sessions and clinics. Fund
raising, youth activities and in-
ter-relations will be discussed.
Guest leaders include Mrs. Ezra
Shapiro of Cleveland and Mrs.
Arthur Edelstein of Toledo, re-
giSonal vice presidents, and Mrs.
Charles Auerbach of Cleveland
and Miss Lillian Schwartz of Chi-
cago, youth directors.
A luncheon Monday noon and
business session will wind up the
conference. Mrs. William Lapin-
sky of Dayton, regional vice
president, will preside at the
luncheon, and Mrs. Elliott Glass-
berg of New York, national mem-
bership chairman, will give the
address.
Arrangements for the luncheon
are in charge of Mrs. Maurice
Siden, who has appointed the fol-
lowing to accept reservations:

divisions, including a Round Ta-
ble discussion on organization

fine arts in Palestine. Detroit
youth groups will participate
with dancing and singing.
Chapter reports of activities
will be given Sunday morning,
April 15. The afternoon session
will be of a political education
nature, with a "double feature"
program. The first will be re-
views on important Jewish books
by Mrs. Morris Adler, Mrs. Aar-
on Blumberg of Cincinnati and
Mrs. Louis W. Cohen of Charles.
