Drafting committees have been appointed to prepare memoranda dealing with the general Jewish position and measures to be tak- en for the rehabilitation of war- torn Jewry, and other memo- randa specifically dealing with the problem of human rights and fundamental freedoms, under the Dumbarton Oaks proposals, the question of protection of minor- ity rights and the status of man- dated countries.
