000 emergency relief grant was
made last month to Jewish or-
ganizations in Bulgaria. Addi-
tional monthly aid will be forth-
coming.
J.D.C. has completed arrange-
ments for the shipment of $60,-
000 worth of medical supplies
to Bulgaria to fight typhus, diph-
theria and malaria epidemics.
The J.D.C. has also arranged
for the purchase in Palestine of
10,000 paids of shoes and addi-
tional warm clothing at a total
cost of $180,000 to be shipped
to Bulgaria.
