Removal of Jews
To Siberia Denied

A U. J. A. CAMPAIGNER ON THE NEW GUINEA FRONT

MOSCOW (WNS) - Reply-
ing to an inquiry by American
press correspondents concerning
a recent report in the Palestine
press that Russian authorities in
Bessarabia and Bukovina were
transferring Jews from those
areas to the Urals and Siberia,
the Soviet Jewish Press Agency
declared that "the rumors spread
i by the Palestine press . . are
merely one more anti-Soviet can-
ard."

Illinois Revokes
Charter of Cooperative
Anti-Semitic Group

CHICAGO (WNS) - Revoca-
tion of the Illinois charter of
the violently anti-Semitic Gen-
tile Cooperative Association was
announced here this week fol-
lowing an order issued by Albert
J. Meserow, assistant attorney
general, that the Association and
its directors be held in contempt
of court for failure to surrender
its records in compliance with
an order from the court.
In ordering the revocation,
Judge Joseph A. Graber of Su-
perior Court compared the or-
ganization to the Ku Klux Klan,
Silver Shirts and similar hate
groups. "We will cancel this
charter and let the people who
wish to carry on these subser-
sive activities do it under their
own names instead of crawling
behind a corporation," Judge
Graber ruled.
Eugene R. Flitcraft, managing
director and founder of the As-
sociation. said he will appeal to
the Illinois Supreme Court and
that he will continue the work
of the Association under his own
name and under the name of
his paper, The Gentile News, and

tories Co. Flitcraft's objective
