He is in the chemical warfare attached to the air transport supply, somewhere in India. Max is a graduate of Detroit Insti- tute of Technology Pharmacy School and was associated with his brother, Phillip, in the drug business prior to entering the service. Contributions to Sylvia Simon Fund In order to discuss the impor- tant decisions arrived at during the Hadassah national convention of chapter and group presidents, just held in Cleveland, the board members of all four Hadassah groups will bold a joint lunch- eon meeting at the Belcrest next Tuesday, Nov. 28, at 12:30. Mrs. Louis Glasier, Detroit Chapter president, will preside at the meeting, scheduled for 1:30. Discussion will be centered up- on two new projects adopted by National Hadassah, to be carried out by all chapters. These pro- jects are the Youth Commission and a new Tuberculosis Hospital, of 200 to 250 beds, which will be erected as an addition to the Rothschild - Hadassah University Hospital on Mt. Scopus. The De- troit delegates have returned with information concerning these pro- jects of interest to all members.
