Benjamin B. Tower
Moves Law Office

Democratic Party
Needs Funds to Pay
For Radio Programs

Benjamin B. Tower, attorney
and counsellor-at-law, announces
the removal of his law office from
1359 National Bank Bldg., to
more commodious quarters at
2770 Penobscot Bldg., where he
will continue to engage in the
general practice of the law.
Phone CA. 0956.

The following letter was is-
sued by Edwin W. Pauley, treas-
urer of the Democratic National
Committee, as we go to press
with this issue.

"At this crucial time in world
history, we believe that a large
majority for President Roosevelt
will speed our victory, give com-
fort to our allies and add con-
fusion to our enemies. Therefore
we have contracted for two addi-
tional broadcasts. One was from
Washington Thursday night, and
the other will be from Boston on
Saturday night.
"Although there is $58,000 re-
maining in the radio fund, the
additional broadcasts can cost as
much as $150,000 because the
Thursday night one replaced the
expensive Bing Crosby program
sponsored by Kraft Music Hall.
"We trust that in this last dash
to a landslide victory, your read-
ers will continue to support us,
with their welcome letters and
contributions."
