His subject will be "Jap Victory Plan." A prisoner in one of Japan's foulest prison camps where he was severely beaten and tor- tured, Bellaire had ample oppor- tunity to study the workings of the enemy's mind. The correspondent had his ground work in reporting on newspapers in the United States before joining the United Press Foreign Service. Registration Now Going On at Hebrew Schools Registration of new pupils is now in progress in all the branches of the United Hebrew Schools where arrangements have been made for the opening of classes for beginners of all ages, and also for advanced stu- dents. Each branch of the United Hebrew Schools has also a Bar Mitzvah class where boys of the Bar Mitzvah age are fully pre- pared for the Haftorah, Bar Mitzvah ceremony and everything pertaining to this religious ob- servance. The pre-school, which meets in the Rose Sittig Cohen Bldg. each morning from 10 to 12, has also made provision for the opening of an additional class for the children of the tender age of four. A well prepared pedagogic- ally equipped kindergarten is in charge of this class.
