Churchill Is Good Zionist,
Says Rabbi Brickner
NEW YORK (WNS)—Winston
Churchill is a good Zionist and
after the German collapse will
open the gates of Palestine to the
Jews, according to Rabbi Barnett
R. Brickner, Cleveland, religious
activity chairman for the Na-
tional Jewish Welfare Board, who
spoke at the annual donor lunch-
eon of the New York Chapter of
Hadassah at the Waldorf-Astoria.
"I predict that the British gov-
ernment will not go through with
the White Paper in the face of
the Jewish tragedy and the need
of a refuge for thousands of
homeless Jews," said Rabbi Brick-
ner, who recently returned from
a tour of the European war thea-
ter. "I found that the White Pa-
per does not reflect British public
opinion.
"Soon after the invasion, when
it begins to look like a German
collapse and a breakup of the
Balkans, Churchill, who is a good
Zionist, will, with Roosevelt and
Stalin, make a positive pronounce-
ment regarding the opening wide
of the gates of Palestine."

BUENOS AIRES (WNS).—The
Interventor, or Federal Commis-
sioner, of the Province of Entre
Rios has issues a decree demand.
ing the payment of 10,100,000
pesos, or more than $2,500,000,
from the Jewish Colonization As-
sociation, which for more than
a lialf century has done valuable
work in settling Jewish colonists,
mostly from England, on the land
in Argentina.
Officials of the association here
feared that this was a move to
force them into bankruptcy and
so to prevent any further ac-
tivity on their part. The Province
of Entre Rios claims about 1,-
600,000 pesos from the associa-
tion for unpaid taxes since 1933
and about 8,500,000 pesos in
fines.
The colony was established on
land purchased by Baron de
Hirsch in 1890. Officials of the
association charge that the pres-
ent action in taxing the colony
was a violation of distinct under-
standing reached with the Argen-
tine Government under which the
colony, as a nori-profit under-
taking, was to be exempt from
all taxes. It was feared here that
the insistence of the government
that the taxes be paid might lead
to the forced liquidation of the
colony. Jewish leaders are plan-
ning to appeal the matter to
higher authorities.

"ALLBRANIWORKE0
WONDERS FOR ME!"
Says Constipation Sufferer
There's real hope for common
constipation sufferers in this Ur
solicited letter!
"Thanks for what KELLOGG'S ALL.
BRAN has done for me. I'm 75 years old.
Had been taking pills and salts almost
every night. 6 weeks ago, I started eating
KELLOGG'S ALL - BRAN every morning.
Soon I had regular movements without
any trouble. I can't praise ALL - BRAN
enough. It sure works wonders for me."
Zook, Box 114, Fairbury, in.
How can such amazing results
for thousands be explained? Scien-
tists say it's because KELLOGG'S
ALL-BRAN is one of Nature's
most effective sources of certain
"cellulosic" elements, lack of
which in the diet is a common
cause of constipation. They help
the friendly colonic flora fluff up
and prepare the colonic wastes
for easy, natural elimination.
KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN is not
a purgative. Doesn't "sweep you
out"! It's simply a gentle-acting,
"regulating" food.
If you have constipation of
this type, eat KELLOGG'S ALL-
BRAN regularly with milk and
fruit, or mixed with other cereals.
Drink plenty of water. See if you,
too don't get real help! Insist on
genuine ALL-BRAN, made only
by Kellogg's in Battle Creek.
