A meeting of the Brochah
Goldstein Auxiliary of the J. C.
R. S. was held Wednesday eve-
ning, March 8, at the home of
Mrs. Morris Rosenfeld. Plans
were made for a summer festival
to be held some time in June.
Mrs. Joseph A. Bakst, presi-
dent, was appointed official dele-
gate to the 40th annual conven-
tion of the Jewish Consumptive
Relief Society of Denver, to be
held at the Astor Hotel. in New
York, March 25-27. Mrs. Mary
Greenberg, Mrs. Louis Please,
Mrs. Morris Gobel and Mrs. Syd-
nes Gorman will accompany Mrs.
Bakst as alternate delegates.

closed on the Sabbath due to its

the luncheonette and meeting on
Monday, March 20 at the Bnai
Moshe Synagogue.
The League acknowledges with
gratitude the major contribution
made by Mrs. D. W. Simons for
the furtherance of its cause, in
memory of her daughter.
Mrs. I. Kaplan, chairman of
hospitality, will be assisted by
