Jacob Savin's Book, ",The Only
Hope," Strong Plea for Zionism

Jacob Savin, Detroit Zionist,
has published a book, "The Only
Answer," in which he outlines
the.. record of Zionist activities,
describes the ideologies of the nu-

son of Zionism, and maintains
that Jews have not lost their na-
tional identity.
Mr. Savin devotes considerable
space to consideration of Chris-
tian attitudes on the Jewish prob-
lems. He urges Jews not to wait
for Messianic times or the advent
of a social revolution, but that
they should seek solution through
determined efforts for the estab-
lishment of the Jewish Common-
wealth in Palestine.
Chapters are devoted to the
Arab problem, to an analysis of
the industrial possibilities in Pal-
estine and to an explanation why
Palestine is the only answer to
the Jewish problem. There is also
a chapter explaining the reason
for the existence of hope for
