Captain and Mrs. Herman M.
Chesluk (Marian Neidorff) have
returned to Carlisle, Pa., after
a week-end at Baltimore, Md.,
where they were honored at a
wedding reception at the home
of Cantor and Mrs. Max Koto-
witca. Among the out-of-town
guests were Captain Chesluk's
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Solomon
Chesluk, and his sister, Mrs. Re-
gina Winshall of Detroit; also
Mrs. Max Weine of Camden, N.
J., and Mrs. David Frankel of
Philadelphia. Captain Chesluk is
temporarily stationed at Carlisle
Barracks, Carlisle, Pa.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Boxman
of 3031 Lawrence Ave. announce
the Bar Mitzvah of their son,
Donald, on Saturday morning,
June 5, at the Bnai Zion, Hum-
phrey and Holmur. In his honor,
Mr. and Mrs. Boxman will be
at home to their friends on Sun-
day evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. Can-

celebrated their twenty-fifth wed-
ding anniversary on May 30.
Marvin Canvasser, son of Mr.

graduated from the University
of Michigan's engineering school
on May 29. He is a member of
the Tau Beta Pi honorary soci-
ety of engineers.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Samuels
announce the graduation of their
daughter, Phyllis, who received
her bachelor of arts degree from
the University of Michigan on
May 29.

to spend some time in New York,
Washington, D. C., and Virginia
Beach, and expect to return the
latter part of July. While in
the East they will visit their
son, Sergeant A. I. Samuels, at
Wake Forest, N. C., who is at-
