Bettie Taylor's "Easter Varie-

caught the public fancy and is
proving a brisk pre-holiday draw.
With a huge combination cast of

Tapps, clever song and tap team;
Charles McBride, rich-voiced bari-
tone; Tena "Push-Out" Dixon, the
show-stopping happy "blues" song-
stress; Corn Bread and Honey
Chile in whirlwind dancing spe-
cialties; DoIlie Prembrook, color-
ful acrobatic dancer; the eight
lovely precision-dancing Taylor-
ettes, and Doc Wheeler, the gen-
tleman of ceremonies. Bettie Tay-
lor has sensed the real Easter
spirit in her fascinating ensemble
number, 'Old Fashioned Girl."
