Mr. Rosen was born in a peas- ant village on the banks of the Dnieper River in south of Rus- sia, and received his early educa- tion at the University of Odessa, Since returning to the Soviet Union in 1930 he has traveled ► ' thousands of miles to observe the people and the institutions of that great country. His experience make him preeminently qualified to speak on this timely and im- portant subject with great clarity and insight.
