$1500.00 for Russian
War Relief

The Woodhull Lake Associa-

the initiative in answer to the
call for Russian War Relief. A

Weisman as secretary and F. Kri-
tetsky, as treasurer. A three week
campaign was launched, during
which time a card party was held
at the home of Mrs. Eva Wein-
berg, netting $68.00; a dinner
held by a group of residents
brought in $200.00, and the final
affair was a concert held Sunday,
Aug. 23 attented by the entire
community of 400 people. At this
affair, Aaron Rosenberg, treas-
urer of the Folks Committee for
Russian War Relief made an ap-
peal for donations and received
$800.00 The entire amount raised
was $1,500.00.
