Bernice Chick, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. I. Silverman of Chi-
ca go Boulevard, became the bride
of Walter Feldmesser, son of Mt'.
and Mrs. Joseph Feldniesser of
Boston Boulevard. The service
wie, performed by Rabbi Adler

banked with white gladiola and
calla lillies.
The bride wore a gown of white
faille taffeta with a chiffon yoke.
A long row of tiny buttons, start-
:lig at the neck, fastened the long
tight bodice in the back. The
puffed sleeves were edged with
lace, and similar lace encircled
the net underskirt. The bouffant
skirt of the gown ended in a
long train. The bride's veil 1VIIS
seemed to a Russian tiara of
tulle. She carried a bouquet of
white roses and fillies of the VII -
Icy centered with a white orchid.
The groom's mother wore 0
black silk crepe gown with gold
timming. The bride's mother
chose an Alice blue gown with
Spanish lace.
Arthur Feldmesser was best
man and Mrs. Arthur Feldmesser
was matron of honor. The other
attendants were Mrs. Jules Feld-
incsser, Miss Maxine Joslove, Miss
Lillian Sofferin, and Messrs.
Jules Feldmesser, Bernie Weis-
man and Sa m Feinstein. The
bridesmaids wore pastel chiffon
gowns With matching shoulder-
length veils which were held in
place by tiaras of roses. They
carried sprays of spring flowers.
Dinner and a reception for over
200 guests followed the ceremony.
Among. the out-of-town guests
present were Mr. and Mrs. Arthur
Feldmesser, Mrs. Florence Apir-
ian, Mrs. R. Goldberg, Mrs. ,J.
Altman and daughter, and Mrs.
Irving Meister, all of New York,
and M r. and Mrs. I ra Cooper of
Brooklyn, N. Y.
The couple departed for a
honeymoon trip to the Smoky
Mountains, Tennessee.

At Center on June 13
The spirit Of America is rep-
resented in (lancers May O'Don-
nell and Jose Limon, who, with
composer-pianist Ray Green will
appear in concert, under the aus-
pices of the Jewish Community
Center, Saturday evening, June
13, at 8:30, in the Center au-
ditorium, Woodward at Holbrook.
Recently united as a dance-duo,
the team, with their composer-
pianist, will present "On Ameri-
can Themes," a (lance and music
exposition of American ideas and
ideals. Miss O'Donnell, Mr. Li-
Detroit
and Mr. Green head the
San Francisco Dance Theater.
Mr. Limon was, for several
years, concert soloist with the
u m phrey- Weidman Dance
Group.
Miss O'Donnell was featured
as solo dancer by Martha Gra-
ham and toured with her com-
pany for several seasons.
Ray Green is best known for
his score, "American Docu-
ment," danced by Martha Gra-
ham and heard frequently in
concert and over the radio. His
music for the Detroit concert,
"On American Themes," espe-
cially composed for each dance,
is an integral part of the pro-
gram.
