day night that the plans for the

held at the Fort Wayne Hotel

The cream of Detroit's enter-
tainment world will pool talent
Sunday, May 10, to stage De-
troit's own Navy Relief Show
at Jefferson Beach. It will be the
most lavish function of its kind
ever presented here, with pro-
ceeds to go for Navy relief.
There will be two shows. Danc-
ing will be from 3 to 6 p. m. in
the ballroom. A star-studded
cast will present the main show
from 9 p. m. to midnight. There
will be dancing, comedy routines,
singing and novelty acts.
A Navy Recruiting officer will
answer questions about the ex-
hibit and take applications of
men desiring to enlist in the
Navy. The destroyer model and
Hawaiian Beach will be open to
visitors and prospective recruits
all season.

OBITUARY

NORMAN SKY

Norman Sky, real estate bro-
ker, died Friday afternoon in
Grace Hospital after an illness.
Mr. Sky, who was 58 years old,
was born in Odessa, Russia, and
came to Detroit 27 year ago.
His home was at 719 Webb Ave.
He leaves his wife, Diana; two
sons, Harry and Ben, and two
daughters, Mrs. Zelda Keil, of
Detroit, and Mrs. Sally Mason,
of New York. Funeral services
will be held at noon Sunday, in
the Hebrew Benevolent Society
chapel, 2995 Joy Road.
