He has contributed to outstanding medical journals in this country and abroad and his share in the advancement of medicine include the origination of medical instrument known as the Aronstam Instilator. Dr. Aronstam was the director of the Spinoza Tercentennial and was instrumental in inaugurating the Spinoza drive and observance here. He was a founder of the Detroit Philosophical Society which recently celebrated its 41st anniversary. He was an organizer of early Zionist groups here and was vice-president of the national Zionist movement Sons of Zion. For years Dr. Aronstam advo- cated pre-marriage examinations and worked for the adoption of the idea. It was made a law in 1938 in Michigan and has been adopted in many other states.
