gious services at the Temple,

Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 7:30 p. m.,
and Wednesday, Oct. 1, at 10 a.m.,
and memorial services at 1 p. m.
It also includes meals and ac-

nary practice, the Pisgah Lodge
Bowling League will open its fifth
season on Thursday at the Bowl-
O-Drome on Dexter. More than
175 members have entered the
league to make 35 teams. Prizes
for individual. team and highest

What is the morale of Jewish
men in service? What's their out-
look on religion? What social con-
tacts do they make at camp or
on the sea?
These topics will be discussed
at the program to be presented
by the Youth Speaks Committee
of the League of Detroit Jewish
Youth at 8:30 p. nr. Sunday,
Sept. 28, at the Jewish Com-
munity Center, on the central
theme "Jewish Men in Uniform".
.Jewish boys representing each
branch of the service will be the
discussants. Sidney 'Boxer, Sea-
man, First Class, stationed at
the Naxal Armory; Seymour Is-
rael, private at Fort Wayne; and
representatives from the newly
organized Polish Legion and the
R. A. F. trainees stationed at
Glosse Ile, as well as a Canadian
4"presentative, will be on hand.

ter, will be the moderator, while
Mrs. Joseph Ehrlich, representing
the mother's point of view, and
a chaplain from Fort Custer will
comprise the resource panel.
Preceding the discussion there
will be a showing of cartoons and
"Follow-the-Bouncing - Ball" com-
munity singing. Following the
forum, there will be social danc-
ing and refreshments.
This program has been planned
by the Youth Speaks Committee
in conjunction with the League's
Army and Navy Committee, and
invitations have been extended to
men at the Naval Armory, Sel-
fridge Field, Fort Custer and
Fort Wayne. Members of the
League of Detroit. Jewish Youth
will drive these guests to the
Jewish Community Center.
The public is invited to attend
the Youth Speaks Committee's
Forum on "Jewish Men in Uni-
form". There is no admission
charge.
