Zionists throughout the country
collectively, and individually, can
best aid in the effort to render
material help to the bombed civil
population of Great Britain, will
be discussed at the forthcoming
•4th annual convention of the
Zionist Organization of America,
to be held in Cincinnati, Sept.
6-9, in an address by Rev. Maur-
ice Perlzweig, noted Jewish leader
of England, now visiting this
country.
Rev. Perlzweig's address will
be part of a symposium on "Pro-
jects for Districts," which will be
held under the chairmanship of
Irving D. Lipkowitz, head of the
Z. 0. A. finance committee. The
other projects to be presented in-
clude "Vaad Bitachon," by Louis
P. Rocker, Z. 0. A. treasurer;
Hechalutz, by Hon. Mordecai Kon-
owitz, member of the national
Z. 0. A. executive; president's
chapter, by Rabbi Samuel Cooper,
chairman of the Ohio Valley Re-
gion; Jewish National Fund, by
Abraham II. Cohen, chairman of
the national J. N. F. committee of
the Z. 0. A.
The addresses will be followed
by discusisons with key district
people participating. The sym-
posium on district projects will
be one of four symposia that will
comprise the fourth session of the
convention...bn Monday, Sept. 8.
At the conclusion of each sym-
posium a committee will be ap-
pointed to 'prepare' a report to he
submitted to the delegates at the
Tuesday session of the convention.

Hotel.
Over 500 delegates are coming,

The convention will open with
the Detroit girls of Deborah,
Naomi, Pisgah and Rebecca Gratz
acting as hostesses for Saturday
evening with Janet Eisenberg and
Anne Saperstein as co-mistresses
of ceremony.
Highlights of the convention are
bowling, ping-pong, volley ball
business sessions, and an oratorical
contest to be held after the lunch-
eon on Saturday, Aug. 31. Judges
of the contest are Samuel Lieb,
past president of Pisgah Lodge
and President of the Michigan
Council of Men's Lodges, Rabbi
Leon Fram of the new Temple

convention will be the coronation
