Order Sons of Zion
Buys $10,000 Bonds
Postmaster Albert Goldman, at
a special ceremony at the main
post office of New York City on
May 12, transferred a $10,000
National Defense Bond to Harry
Grayer, Grandmaster of the Or-
der Sons of Zion, fraternal Zion-
ist organizations of the United
States with a nation-wide mem-
bership.
Speaking for the National Ex-
ecutive and the thousands of
members of his organization, Mr.
Grayer announced that through
this action, the Order Sons of
Zion endeavors to express its
solidarity with the national de-
fense program, as annunciated
by the President of the United
States, Franklin Delano Roose-
velt and expressed his belief that
only by following the foreign
policies, including all out-aid to
Great Britain, of our Govern-
ment, will we be able to preserve
and safeguard the principles of
freedom and democracy.
Postmaster Albert Goldman ex-
pressed his graitude to Mr. Harry
Grayer and the Order Sons of
Zion for their forthright patriotic
action which, he hopes, will be
emulated by every organized
group in the United States.
