ternoon at 1 o'clock, at the
Hotel Statler. Dr. Leo Franklin
and Rev. Jacob Silverman offi-
ciated at the ceremony. Cantor
Silverman had officiated at the•
marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Nath-
an Schreiber 35 years agO.
The bride was gowned in ice
blue chiffon velvet with a fitted
bodice, sweetheart neckline, leg
of mutton sleeves and a full
skirt ending in a train. Her long
ice blue tulle veil was caught
to a. tiara of matching. lace and
she carried a muff to which
white orchids were pinned.
The matron of honor, Mrs.
Mervin Jacobson, the bride's sis-
ter, wore a taffeta dress of
acquamarine and rose.
Another sister of the bride,
Bluma Schreiber, was the maid
of honor a DuBar•y red velvet.
The bridesmaids, Mrs. Sidney
Leach and Dorothy Tushband,
wore pink velvet dresses. All the
attendants carried orchids on
muffs matching their dresses.
Herman Fidler was his broth-
er's best man.
The bride's mother chose a
gown with a lame bodice shading
from pink to plum and a plum
crepe skirt. She wore orchids.
Mrs. Fidler wore a steel gray
gowh and sequin jacket and or-
chids..
A luncheon for 330 guests fol-
lowed the ceremony. The bride's
table was centered with a tiered
cake and decorated with white
flowers.
After a month's motor trip to
Los Angeles, Calif., the couple
will live at 18701 Wisconsin. Mrs.
Fidler wore a tweed suit and
plaid coat with tuxedo front of
dyed lynx, for traveling.
