Judge Healy has always felt
that it is foolish to just sit back
and wait until children get into
trouble before some effort is made
to help them in their difficulties.
It has been his belief that it is
much better to prevent their get-

To carry out these ideals, Judge
Healy has been responsible for

LABOR NON-PARTISAN LEAGUE

In collaboration with the state
officials of the Michigan State In-
dustrial Union Council, Labor's
Non-Partisan League has made
endorsements on the Democratic
ticket. Where sharp labor issues
were not involved it was decided
to pass over a contest without
recommendation. This accounts for
the absence of some names which
otherwise would have been in-
cluded.
For United States Senator, the
League strongly endorses Frank
Fitzgerald. Others are endorsed

as follows: Lieutenant-Governor ,
David Martin; U. S. Congress -

Rahaut; 15th District, John Din-
