AN OPEN LETTER TO THE
JEWISH COMMUNITY • • •

An unbiased pre-election survey has shown that
WILLIAM E. DOWLING is far ahead of the field of
candidates for the office of Prosecuting Attorney of
Wayne County. A comparison of the records shows the
reason for this choice. The public has recognized his
ability, accomplishments, and honesty.
When WILLIAM E. DOWLING was Assistant
Prosecuting Attorney and the Chief Assistant Prosecuting
Attorney we had adequate opportunity to witness his
tolerance and fairness in matters affecting the Jewish
community. He has convincingly demonstrated that he
is entitled to, and deserving of, the unqualified support
of EVERY voter. The election of WILLIAM E.
DOWLING, as Prosecuting Attorney of Wayne County
on the Democratic ticket, is therefore earnestly
recommended.
