H. F•ied- land's Hebrew stories as a memo- rial in his name. Mr. Friedland, who was one of the outstanding characters in this country, and who occupied a place of great prominence in the National Coun- cil for Jewish Education, will thus be honored by his colleagues, the members of the Council.
