On Monday, May 6

Philip Adler, member of the
editorial staff of the Detroit
News, and writer on interna-
tional affairs, will speak at the
annual meeting of the Detroit
Section, National Council of Jew-
ish Women, Monday, May 6, at
the Detroit-Leland Hotel at
12:30 p. m.
On the News staff since 1922,
Mr. Adler has visited the im-
portant countries of Europe and
Asia, interviewing many promi-
nent men in those countries. In
1939 he traveled through Eng-
land, France and Switzerland,
returning on the storm-tossed
President Harding.
"Whose War Is It?" is the
timely subject Mr. Adler will dis-
cuss.
