On Sunday evening, April 7,
Miss Shirley Tenner, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Ten-
ner of Tuxedo Ave., became the
bride of Norman Jaffe, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Ben Jaffe of West
Buena Vista Ave. Rev. S. Mogill
read the marriage vows in the
presence of 200 guests in the
Knights of Pythias Halt. Miss
Esther Cooperman. sang "Be-
cause."
The bride was lovely in a
white marquisette gown with
tiers of wide ruffles trimmed in
dainty lace. Her fingertip veil
was held in place by a tiara of
seed pearls and rhinestones. She
carried an ivory bible adorned
with long white satin ribbons,
orchids and gardenias. Miss Dor-
othy Tenner, sister of the bride,
was maid of honor wearing hya-
cinth blue marquisette.
The bridesmaids were Mildred
Jaffe, Norma Fisher, Frieda
Barsky. Mrs. Harley Citron and
