"British War Blue Book"
Presents Nazism in
True Colors

It has been said that this war
is a battle of propagandists, that
it is a fight with printer's ink
rather than guns.
This being so, it can be said
with certainty that the British
have won the first battle, through
"The British War Blue Book"
containing "documents concerning
German - Polish relations and the
outbreak of hostilities between
Great Britain and Germany en
Sept. 3."
"Presented by the Secretary
of State for Foreign Affairs to
Parliament by Command of His
Majesty," these documents were
sold out in several editions and
the originals are now at a prem-
ium in England. In this country,
these documents have just been
published by Farrar & Rinehart,
232 Madison Ave., New York, in
a 250-page volume ($1.60). A
first American edition has already
been sold, and the second edition
is nearing exhaustion.
The documents present Hitler
and Hitlerism in true color. Pre-
senting to the public the exchange
of communications dealing with
the incidents that led up to the
present conflict, they reveal the
greed of the Nazis, the attempt
to force Hitlerian rule upon the
democratic countries, the uncom-
promising attitude of a regime
that seeks to dictate its terms
upon he world.
This volume is a necessary ref-
erence work for an undersanding
of the issues involved in the war.
It contains the addresses deliver-
ed by Hitler and Chamberlain
and other dignitaries. Reference
to the Jewish question was made
by Premier Chamberlain in his
address on March 17, which is
part of this record, as follows:
"Every man and woman in this
country who remembers the fate
of the Jews and the political
prisoners in Austria must be fill-
ed today with distress and fore-
boding."
The instability of Hitlerism as
revealed in the state papers of
this book should also indicate
that the warped minds of Ger-
many will lead their country to
ruin-unless there is internal re-
volt. "The British War Blue
Book," if it could only be dis-
tributed among the sane Ger-
mans, would speed up such a re-
volt against Hitlerism.

This is the most discussed film
of today and is the picture that
censorship could not blot out.
In its vivid portrayal of the
underground movement in Ger-
many to overthrow Nazism, it de-
picts fearlessly what the German
people are endeavoring to do to
stamp out tyranny and despotism.
An added attraction is "The
