Appeal Made Here
for Stolin YeshiNia

Rev. Jack Hoberman, of 10250
Cardoni Ave., local volunteer
repreientative of the Yeshiva of
Stolin, has received frantic ap-
peals from this Yeshiva urging
that immediate help be secured
from Jews in Detroit and from
other communities in Michigan
for this Yeshivah. The appeals
state that unless help is forth-
coming, this well known school
will have to close its doors.
The appeals come from Jewish
leaders in Stolin and from the
Rosh Yeshivah of Stolin. Rabbi
Shlomo Slavin.
The appeal urges the Jews of
Detroit to provide
necessary
means for the support of the
students in this Yeshiva, and it
i s pointed out that a student
could be supported for the en-
tire Passover holiday .period for
the small sum of only $2 each.
Rev. Hoberman makes the ap-
peal to Jews of Detroit to send
him contributions as promptly as
possible.

We appreciate the patronage of
our Jewish clientele and extend"
sincere wishes to them. — each
and everyone for a Happy
Passover.
