Hundreds of needy families may be without

Passover necessities unless funds are forthcoming at
once, Charles A. Smith, chairman of the Detroit
Mo'os Chitim Committee warned Wednesday.
- Mr. Smith stated that hundreds of applicants
have applied for relief and that moat of them will
have to wait until the last moment in the hope that
necessary funds will be forthcoming.
Detroit Jews are called upon to make their con-
tributions to Mo'os Chitim at once. Donations may
be made this Saturday night and all day Sunday
at the Beth Tefilo Emanuel Synagogue, Taylor and
Woodrow Wilson, where distribution of Passover
relief also take place.
Make your contribution at once! Upon it de-
pends a family's ability to observe Passover in tradi-
tional fashion.
