Komjkthy On Tuesday evening, Jan. 24, Louis A. Komjathy spoke before the L. H. Jones Post No. 190 of the Jewish War Veterans in the Book-Cadillac Hotel, on the sub- ject, "Among the Czechs During the Czech Crisis." Mr. Komjathy, who was born in Hungary and attended schools in Budapest as well as in places now in Czecho- slovakia, came to this country at the age pf 12. He speaks several European languages. He gave an account of his observations and experiences in Central Europe while there last September and October. He was in Czechoslo- vakia during the time of the Mu- nich Conference and tells a dra- matic -story of the preparations for war during those tense weeks. The other countries visited by him were Germany, Hungary, France and England. Mr. Komjathy is an attorney, practicing law in Detroit with of- fices at 2232 Buhl Bldg. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and of the Detroit College of Law, where he re- ceived the degree of Juris Doctor. He has been in wide demand as a speaker both in and out of the city.
