National Conclave
The annual outing of the pu-
pils of the United Hebrew Schools I
will be held this year on Tues-
day, July 19. The children will
be given a day of pleasure, fun,
recreation and refreshment at the
Eastwood Amusement Park, lo-
cated at Cratiot Ave. and Eight
Mile Road.
This outing has been made
possible by Max Kerner, Sidney
J. Allen and Nate S. Shapero.
City buses will convey the chil-
dren from the various schools to
and from the Park. The entire
staff of teachers will accompany
them and stay with them through-
out the day in order to super-
vise all their activities.
This outing has already become
a pi ecedeni with the pupils of
the United Hebrew Schools, and
the children of all the schools
look forward to this gala day of
fun.
The board of directors of the
schools are grateful to Sidney
J. Allen, Nate S. Shapero and
Max Kerner for sponsoring this
outing.
