of Detroit Hadassah, received the
following telegram from Mrs. Ju-
dith P. Epstein, national presi-
dent: "Since the American Jewish
Congress has officially withdrawn
the referendum to which Hades-
ash registered objections, the na-
tional board urges all chapters to
co-operate with local American
Jewish Congress committees in
the democratic elections."
Mrs. Landau has issued an ap-
peal to all Detroit Hadassah mem-
bers and their friends to vote this
week-end and to help select the
most representative delegation to
sneak for Detroit at the extra-
ordinary session of the Congress
to be held in September in New
York.
