Prof. Moley is well known to
the public as the head of the
"Brain Trust", which was organ-
ized by him to collect data and
formulate the policy of Franklin
D. Roosevelt's presidential cam-
paign in 1932. In the following
year, he accompanied Mr. Roose-
velt to Washington, where he

the editorship of the magazine

OF MUSIC STUDY CLUB

The Philanthropic Committee of
the Music Study Club, under the
chairmanship of Mrs. Ezra Lip-
kin, is Inaugurating the season's
work with a program for the child-
ren of the convalescent home at
Farmington, Mich., Saturday
afternoon, Oct. 30. Mrs. Louis A.
Colen is in charge of this pro-
gram. The Harriet Badd Dancing
School will provide the talent and
Mrs. Max Fisher will be the ac-
companist. Hallowe'en favors and
refreshments will be served.
The Junior Music Study Club
held Its first meeting at the Jewish
center, under the leadership of

HOME RELIEF SOCIETY
THANKS CONTRIBUTORS

The fourth annual dinner dance
of the Home Relief Society which
took 'place last Sunday at Hotel
Satter was a brilliant success. John
llerman of Powatan, Sachs Cafe
and the Club Continental contribu-
ted the floor shows.
The Home Relief Society thanks
all those who contributed to this
worthy cause, either by their at-
tendance at the dinner dance, or
by other contributions and dona-
tions, thereby making it possible
for the Home Relief Society to
continue its policy of rendering
emergency relief to the unfortun-
ate, and giving supplementary aid,
ouch as coal, milk, food and medi-
cal aid to needy families.
