Gordon, dean of the famous Lomza Yeshiva of Poland, is in Detroit to conduct a drive in synagogues in behalf of this school. Rabbi Halpern was here last year and was given the wholehearted co-operation of rabbis and laymen . During the coming few weeks he plans to address a number of sy - nagogues and to ask for Detroit's liberal gifts to the Lomza Yeshiva.
