lenburg of Heidelberg, Germany,

Oct. 15. Mr. Adler, who Is a nephew

plans to return in the spring to

Temple Beth Jacob Sisterhood was
held Tuesday. Oct. 6, preceeded by
a luncheon. Rabbi Eric Friedland
Butzel to Address Meeting addressed the meeting on "The
Jewish Home". Mrs. Norman Buck-

ner, president, presided at the
paign for $11,820
meeting.

The most important rally pre-
ceding the opening of the Allied
Jewish Campaign in Flint will be
held next Thursday evening, Oct.
16, at the home of Ellis 11. War-
ren, chairman of the drive.
The principal speaker at this
rally of workers will be Fred M.
Butzel, chairman of the executive
committee of the Jewish Welfare
Federation of Detroit. Another
guest at the meeting will be Kurt
Feiner, executive director of the
Detroit Federation, who is acting
in the capacity of advisor-director
of the drive.
The Flint campaign will be con-
ducted from Oct. 22 to 26 for a
quota of ;11,820. Tkfs will be the
first time in the city s history that
all Jewish funds will be joined in
one appeal. Local, national and in-'
ternational causes are included in
the drive.
Mr. Warren is assisted in the
drive by the following officers:
Freyer Nover, first vice-president;
Jack Rabinovitch, second vice-pres-
ident; Ernest Perkin, treasurer;
Oscar Dean, secretary. Directors of
the drive are: Rabbi S. Z. Fine-
