Material for new pillows have been purchased and a committee under the leadership of Mrs. N. Kaletsky will cut and stitch neces- sary forms within the next few days so that the new Home for the Aged can be equipped with all new pillows. Mrs. Kaletsky, who is also chair- man of entertainment, introduced Mrs. Harry Clark who reported on Jewish news of the day. The pro- gram closed with vocal selections by Mrs. George Weingarden who was accompanied at the piano by Mrs. George Brown. A verbal picture of the layout of the various rooms in the new home was presented by Mrs. Ferar. At the board of directors meet- ing at the Casa Loma a few weeks I ago, announcement was made of the appointment of Mrs. Ann Rosen as assistant to Mrs. Albert Homonoff, financial secretary. The auxiliary now boasts of a membership roll of 1440 members. A donation was made by the or- ganization to the altar services in the home, in memory of their late member and friend, Nina Deutsch.
