Visits Detroit on Worldwide Tour
Which Will Be Described
in Book

Soma Frankfurt, Hungarian
Jewish journalist, is a Detroit
visitor. Ile has come here to 'study
conditions and to incorporate his
views of this city which he, to-
gether with another Jewish jour-
nalist, Joseph Weiss, also of Buda-
pest, will incorporate in a book to
be published in New York in a
f ew months.
Frankfurt and Weiss are mak-
i ng a tour of the world which will
l ast seven years. They have al-
ready visited a score Of countries
in Europe and America, and they
plan to visit various lands in Asia
and Africa.
Mr. Frankfurt said he doubted
whether the Spanish rebels will be
successful and he believes that
Fascism there will be crushed. He
bases his views on a study of con-
ditions in Spain during two visits
there. He said also that he believes
conditions are improving for the
Jews in Mexico.
